mgr Joanna Wilner
I specialize in orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation, as well as medical training.
I work with individuals experiencing back pain, joint overload, post-injury conditions, surgical recovery, or long-term immobility. I also have experience in scar therapy and respiratory rehabilitation – including support for post-COVID-19 patients as part of a program funded by the Mazovian Voivodeship Marshal’s Office.
In the past, I’ve led group classes focused on core strength, mobility, and stretching – supporting both recovery and prevention.
A significant part of my work involves patient education. I believe it's essential that each person understands the source of their symptoms and how to prevent them from coming back. Body awareness and knowledge of basic mechanisms are key to long-term improvement.
My approach is holistic – I see the body and mind as one interconnected system. Stress, tension, and everyday overloads have a real impact on our physical health. That’s why I focus on a calm environment, individual attention, and care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
I hold a professional physiotherapy license based on completion of a master's degree in the field.

In my free time, I enjoy diving into lectures on neurobiology and psychosomatics – just for fun. I recharge outdoors, far from the noise of the city, usually in the company of my two energetic pointers. To stay active, I go to the gym and ride my bike. My headphones are usually blasting rock and metal, though my playlists can be pretty eclectic. I also sketch, paint, and play electric guitar – purely for the joy of it.
