1. What is the duration and cost of the session?

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes and costs 200 PLN.

2. Is travel included in the price?

Yes. Travel within Ursynów and nearby areas (up to 10 km) is included. Visits beyond this area may incur an additional travel fee.

3. Can I pay by card?

Yes. I accept both cash and card payments – Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit).

4. Do I need my own massage table or equipment?

No. I bring my own portable massage table. Most exercises are designed to be done without any additional equipment.

5. How should I prepare for the visit?

All you need is a small open space – around 2x2 meters, such as in your living room. Comfortable clothing and a towel are recommended. If you have any recent medical imaging (e.g. MRI, X-ray), please have it ready for review.

6. Are service packages available?

Yes. Package pricing varies depending on the number of planned sessions.

7. How far in advance should I cancel my appointment?

Please notify me by phone or text at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. For packages – sessions not cancelled within this timeframe will be considered used.

8. What happens during the first visit?

We start with a detailed interview and functional assessment to evaluate your condition. If you provide recent imaging results, I will review and compare them with your clinical presentation, then explain the findings and outline a treatment plan. The session continues with therapy: exercise instruction, manual therapy and/or massage.

9. Does the therapy hurt?

I usually work close to your pain threshold, but I can't guarantee a completely pain-free experience – everyone’s sensitivity is different. Pain perception is highly individual.

10. Is the service covered by public health insurance or private medical plans?

No. I do not work within the National Health Fund (NFZ) system or offer services through insurance subscription networks.
